FLT NR 6515 - JFK-ROC - DURING CLIMB, RETURNED TO IAD DUE TO FLIGHT OFFICERS ADI FAILED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ADI.  OPS CHECK OK.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  (M)
