FLT 6395 - IAD-RIC - ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO BAGGAGE DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.  MAINTENANCE OPENED DMI 17799, MEL 52-30. MAINTENANCE CLOSED DMI 17799 BY ADJUSTING MICROSWITCH STRIKER PIN, OPS CHECK OK.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.  (M)
