GIRT EXTENSION DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY ON GIRT BAR.  GIRT EXTENSION PADS RIDE UP ON CAVITY RIDGE OF GIRT BAR.  PLEASE NOTE THIS EVACUATION SLIDE IS ALSO USED ON A310 AIRCRAFT.
