## Discrepancy

DURING TAKE-OFF A LOUD BANG WAS REPORTED.  POST FLIGHT BORESCOPE INSPECTION REVEALED A MISSING 3RD STAGE IP BLADE.  DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE CONFIRMED ONE MISSING 3RD STAGE BLADE.
