## Discrepancy

DURING TROUBLESHOOTING FOR A REPORTED COMPRESSOR STALLS DURING FLIGHT AND RAPID ITT INCREASE, A BORESCOPE INSPECTION REVEALED SOME MISSING IPC BLADES AND FOD DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS DOWNSTREAM OF THE IPC ROTOR.  DISASSEMBLY CONFIRMED 6 MISSING BLADES.
