## Discrepancy

WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT SUPPORT ADVISED THE REPAIR STATION THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD REPORTED THREE LOUD BANGS DURING APPROACH, FOLLOWED BY INDICATION OF LOSS OF ENGINE POWER AND A BURNING SMELL IN THE CABIN. A SERVICE CENTER PERFORMED A BORESCOPE INSPECTION AND IDENTIFIED ONE MISSING 3RD STAGE IPC ROTOR BLADE. W.I. PRODUCT SUPPORT THEN DIRECTED THE SERVICE CENTER TO REMOVE THE ENGINE AND RETURN IT TO OUR REPAIR STATION FOR DISASSEMBLY AND INVESTIGATION. THE REPAIR STATION COMPLETED DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE IPC ROTOR. WE CONFIRMED THAT THE IPC ROTOR HAS A LIBERATED 3RD STAGE BLADE.
