## Discrepancy

BACKPLATE OF SEAT IS CRACKED AT THREE OF THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE HOLE WHERE THE SHOULDER STRAP INERTIA REEL MOUNTS.  FOUND DURING INSPECTION.
