SERVO MOUNT ADJUSTER SCREW BROKEN WITH SCREW HEAD AND NUT MISSING.  ADJUSTER SCREW PN 214-076-560-103 PIECE REMOVED FROM MOUNT APPEARS AT THE BREAK TO HAVE HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT AND SOME RUST IN THE WRENCH SLOT.
