## Discrepancy

ENGINE WOULD NOT TURN OVER DURING START ATTEMPT.  STARTER COULD BE HEARD TURNING.  STARTER REMOVED AND DISASSEMBLED.  ARMATURE COIL FOUND LOOSE AND SPINNING ON SPLINED SHAFT.
