AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO FAT FOR MAINTENANCE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND LOOSE WIRES AT LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR CANNON PLUG.  RESECURED WIRES.  FLAP SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL ON GROUND.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (W)
