FAT - EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TO ILUMINATE FOR MORE THAN 5 SECONDS.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED ALL EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS.  OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (X)
