DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION OBSERVED FUEL LEAK FROM PRESSURE REGULATOR CONTAINMENT VESSEL.  REMOVED CONTAINMENT VESSEL AND FOUND FUEL LEAKING FROM PARTING SURFACE AT THE TOP OF THE REGULATOR.
