## Discrepancy

DURING POST INSPECTION GROUND RUN, IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE WOULD NOT RUN WITH OUT BOOST PUMP ASSISTANCE.  WHEN REMOVED IT WAS NOTED THAT THE SHAFT ROTATED WITH ROUGHNESS.  PUMP WAS REPLACED.
