ON PREFLIGHT, CREW REPORTS THE OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEATS 3A, 3B, 3C, AND 5A ARE NOT WORKING.  REPLACED EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY 20LN.
