RIGHT ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED, EPR & N1 SURGING IN FLIGHT.   INSTALLED 10 C1 FAN BLADES IN OVERHAULED CONDITION.  PERFORMED VIBRATION SURVEY AND LEAK CHECK. ENGINE FOUND SERVICEABLE. R & R 2 PRESSURE RATIO BLEED CONTROL VALVES.
