TAIL CONE SLIDE DID NOT DEPLOY WHEN TAIL CONE WAS RELEASED/FOUND CAM PIN INSTALLED INCORRECTLY AND WAS OUT OF POSITION. REPOSITIONED CAM PIN TO CORRECT POSITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH TASKCARD 53-061-001 AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
