DURING INFLIGHT EMERGENCY, 10 DEF PSU O2 MASK DID NOT DEPLOY AUTOMATICALLY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED OXYGEN MODULE DOOR AT SEAT 10 DEF WITH NEW.
