DOOR L FWD EMER EXIT ECAM ON AND OFF DECENDING THROUGH 8K FEET.   CHECKED AND SECURED THE L FWD COVER FLAP OVERWING EXIT REF TSM 52-21-00-805-052-A, NO FURTHER FUALTS OBSERVED.
