## Discrepancy

(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) LEAD FA NOTIFIED FLIGHT DECK THAT BOTH L1 AND L2 DOORS MISSING LOWER EXIT LIGHT COVER MISSING.  SECURED THE LIGHT COVERS PER SIP.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
