## Discrepancy

(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) FOUND AFT RH DOOR SLIDE COVER MISSING LENS AND LATCH BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT RT DOOR SLIDE COVER IAW AMM 25-62-44-400-802-A. THIS CLEARS NEF  25-1A-4C CTRL  225320. INOP PLACARD REMOVED.
