(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) AFT FA'S REPORT A CHEMICAL OR DIRTY SOCK OR DIRTY SOCK SMELL ON APPROACH INTO KJKA. THEY  REPORTED THE SMELL WAS NOTICABLE IN THE AFT GALLEY  AND LAST FOR APPX 10 MIN / PERFORMED TC 21-000-001 AND FOUND SOURCE OF SMELLÏ¿½COMING FROM THE APU. PERFORMED T/C 21-000-002 ODOR TYPE SMELL PHASE 2 OPS/LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME NO ODOR NOTED, THIS CLEARS MEL 49-10-01-A MDDR 229099 INOP PLACARDS REMOVED APU OK FOR SERVICE
