(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) (ATC DECLARED EMERGENCY) AFTER T/O L/G GEAR NOT UPLOCKED ECAM APPEARED AFTER THE LANDING GEAR HAMDLE WAS PUT IN THE UP POSITION. THE A/C WAS OVER 200KTS.  PERFORMED TSM 32-31-00-810-808-A UP TO B3D1  OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. RELAY 62GA REQUIRES REPLACEMENT PER PARA 4.A.(4).
