(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) AT 23:00Z 45 MIN FROM LANDING AT ATW AT 35,000 CRUZE FWD FA AND FLIGHT DECK CREW SMELLED ELECTRICAL BURNIG SMELL FROM FORWARD AREA OF PLANE. IT DISAPATED WITHIN 2 MIN OF THE INITIAL SMELL.  PERFORMED TSM 21-21-00-810-803-A THRU STEP 4A2(E). REPLACED RT RECIRC FAN 14HG IAW AMM 21-21-51-000-001-A AND 21-21-51-400-001-A, OPS GOOD. RERAN TSM & OPS GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
