(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) (EMERGENCY DECLARED)  AFTER TAKEOFF ECAM WHEEL N/W STEERING FAULT. LANDED AND STOPPED ON RUNWAY - PERFORMED QRH RESET, RESET UNSUCCESSFUL.  FOLLOWED TSM 32-51-00-810-811-A REPLACED SENSOR (3GC) FEEDBACK CTL CHANNEL  AMM 32-51-19-400-001. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
