(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE ON WITH COCKPIT SWITCH IN THE ARMED POSITION.  REF L/P 2137335-1 FOR PREVIOUS TROUBLESHOOTING. FOLLOWED TSM 33-51-00-810-881-A. R&R TOGGLE SWTICH 4WL IAW EPSM 20-45-21. PERFORMED OPS TEST OF EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-51-00-710-004-A. OPS TEST GOOD. NO FAULTS.
