## Discrepancy

THIS STARTER/GENERATOR WAS REMOVED FOR BRUSH AND BEARING REPLACEMENT.  UPON INSPECTION OF ARMATURE, DRIVE END BAND WAS FOUND CRACKED IN AREA OF SPOT WELD FOR OUTBOARD EDGE OF BAND TOWARDS INBOARD.  LENGTH OF CRACK .155 INCH.  (X)
