RESULT OF AD 2008-13-17, THE NEW CB`S THAT ARE REQUIRED TO REPLACE THE OLD SWITCHES ARE FAILING.  THE NEW PN SWITCHES ARE OF POOR QUALITY & ARE FAILING AT A FASTER RATE.
