NR 1 ENGINE IS SLOW TO SPOOL. LAGS BEHIND NR 2 ENGINE BY 35 PERCENT  N1.   PERFORMED STATIC RIG CHECK VSV. NO FAULT FOUND. BOROSCOPED 1,5,6,13,14 COMPRESSOR, HPT-1 LPT-2. NO FAULTS FOUND ALL IAW A300 MM 71-00-00.
