AFTER PUSHBACK, ENGINES STARTED.  FOUND LOWER RUDDER LOAD LIMITED LIGHT ON.  TRANSFERRED TO DMI 3159 PER ENA MEL 27-22.  CAT C PLACARDS INSTALLED.  SP 27-22 APPLY.
