NR 2 COMPASS SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. COMPASS CARD STAYED FROZEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 DIRECTIONAL GYRO. PERFORMED CHECK OF THE NR 2 COMPASS SYSTEM.  OPS CHECKS IAW MM 34-21-00.
