## Discrepancy

OVEN NR 6 WAS SMOKING WHEN IN USE.  SUSPENDED COOKING.  INSPECTED OVEN AND FOUND BURNT PLASTIC IN OVEN FAN GRILL.  CLEANED INTERIOR OF FAN AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS NORMAL.  OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
