YIP - ON TAKEOFF, THE NR 2 ENGINE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE BEYOND 1.4 EPR.  FOUND TO BE AN INDICATION PROBLEM ONLY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EPR TRANSMITTER.  SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.  (M)
