## Discrepancy

LEFT OTBD FLAP ACTUATOR WAS CHANGED AT A SCHEDULED MX EVENT & UPON ARRIVAL TO HOME BASE FLAPS STUCK AT 20'.  FOUND FLAP ACTUATOR EXTREMELY TIGHT ON LANDING.  R & R LT OTBD FLAP ACTUATOR.
