## Discrepancy

ON LANDING AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT STEER TO THE LEFT.  AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP.  HOWEVER, AIRCRAFT ENDED UP WITH NOSE WHEEL IN GRASS OFF OF RUNWAY.  RUNWAY EXCURSION.
