FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE RT WINDSHIELD OUTER PANE CRACKED ON CLIMB OUT.  THE CREW ELECTED TO RETURN.  LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  WINDSHIELD REPLACED.
