## Discrepancy

NR 5 CYLINDER HAD BLUE FUEL STAIN BLOWING ONTO COWLING. CYLINDER WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW DUE TO SUSPECTED HEAD CRACK. CYLINDER WAS SENT OUT FOR NDT WHICH VERIFIED A CRACKED CYLINDER HEAD.
