AFTER TAKEOFF FROM POP-JFK, RECEIVED DOOR FWD CARGO ECAM MESSAGE INDICATING DOOR WAS UNLOCKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED PROX SENSOR 30WV FOR FWD CARGO DOOR PER AMM 52-71-12-04.  OPS CHECK OK.
