CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO LG WOW SYS FAIL ON CLIMBOUT AFTER LANDING GEAR RAISED.  INSPECTED AND FOUND FROZEN FOD ON NW SENSORS.  REMOVED FROZEN FOD FROM NOSE SENSORS, CHECK GOOD NOW IAW FIM 32-61-00.
