ON MAINTENANCE CHECK, FOUND R1 DOOR LOWER EXIT LIGHT INOPERATIVE. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND POWER SUPPLY OUTPUT BAD.  R & R RT FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY, REF AMM 33-50-00.  OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
