ROW 25 EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE.   FOUND THE WIRE HARNESS BROKEN UNDER SEAT GOING TO THE WALL.  R & R THE WIRE HARNESS. OPS NORMAL IAW AMM 33-51-19.
