## Discrepancy

ROW 13C SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  FOUND THE HARNESS UNDER THE SEAT DAMAGED.  R & R THE WIRE HARNESS AND OPS TESTED GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-19.
