DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE, A CRACK WAS FOUND ON HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. REFER TO EC E18-512-01. STABILIZERS - HORIZONTAL STABILIZER / LOWER REAR HORIZONTAL SPLICE SKIN (P/N 190-09772-003) / CRACK DAMAGE - TEMPORARY REPAIR; THIS REPAIR IS APPROVED PER REF. /1/ ETD.  THIS EC IS CATEGORIZED AS TEMPORARY REPAIR AND IS CLASSIFIED AS MAJOR WITH NO POST REPAIR INSPECTIONS.
