RAN ECL AND WE GOT A MANUAL TRANSFER FAIL. WE COULD NOT TRANSFER ANY FUEL FROM RIGHT  TANK TO LEFT. LANDED WITH 1275 IN LEFT  AND 6775  ON RIGHT TANK.  DECLARED AN EMERGENCY LANDED.'
