CONFIRM INDICATION OF CRACK USING BOROSCOPE AS PER NTM 51-90-00.  PERFORMED PERMANENT REPAIR ON PRIMARY STRUCTURE AT HOLE 7 FRAME 16 LH DOUBLE JOGGLE AREA IAW A320 SRM 53-11-12-300-012.
