REF LP 4461745-2 + LP 4461746-1 FOR C/W OF LEVEL B DECONTAMINATION. NO FURTHER DEFECT NOTED AT THIS TIME. THIS CLEARS MDDR 608611. MX-4 UPDATED. PLACARD REMOVED.
