"SMOKY SMELL IN AFT GALLY ON ARR F3 REPORTED AFTER LIGHTS TURNS OFF SMELL WENT AWAY.; INSPECTED AND FOUND NO SMOKEY SMELL FROM AFT GALLEY LIGHTS OPERATING FOUND AFT DOOR L2 ENTRY DOOR LAMP BURNT. REMOVED AND REPLACED  BOTH BALLAST UNIT & LAMP IAW MM CH 33-21-11. NO DEFECT NOTED AT THIS TIME ALSO PERFORMED CHAPTER 5 INSPECTION PER TSM 5-50-00-991-0110-00-A."
