## Discrepancy

FLT 724 LAX-JFK (ETOPS),  ENG 1 IGNITION A FAULT ( IGNITION SYSTEMS A) SYSTEM A ). REPLACED ENG 1 IGNITER PLUG IAW AMM 74-21-00 OPS CHK GOOD. THIS CLEARS THE MDDR. MX-4 UPDATED PLACARD REMOVED.
