(ETOPS) L2 TSI -  ENG 1 & 2 PULSATION DAMPENERS: DUE TO REPORTS OF EXCESSIVE CABIN NOISE IN FLIGHT, INSPECT PULSATION DAMPENERS ON YELLOW (FIN: 3600GM)  AND GREEN (FIN: 1600GM) HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS IAW AMM 29-13-53-400-801-A & 29-11-53-400-001-A. VISUALLY INSPECT THE DAMPENERS & INSPECT SURROUNDING AREA FOR ANY LEAKS. REPORT ANY FINDINGS IN T/S TAB. PARTS UPDATED. COMPLY WITH ALL GMM & BUYBACK REQUIREMENTS; ACCOMPLISHED VISUAL INSP OF YELLOW (3600GM) & GREEN (1600GM) PULSATION DAMPENERS. NO LEAKS PRESENT.
