## Discrepancy

DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE, CRACK INDICATION FOUND IN HOLE C LOCATED AT DOUBLE JOGGLE AREA, FR16 RT SIDE. CRACK DIRECTION IS 9 OCLOCK VIEW FROM OUTSIDE. CRACK DEPTH IS 0.165 INCH APPROX. CONFIRM CRACK INDICATION USING BOROSCOPE VIEW IAW NTM 51-90-00.  PERFORMED A PERMANENT REPAIR ON FRAME 16 RH SIDE IAW SRM  53-11-12-300-012.
