FLT#1486, RDU-JFK. STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL IN AFT GALLEY REPORTED BY F3 IN FLIGTH ; ACCOMPLISHED ENG 1+2 RUN PER AMP 71-00-00 ISOLATED ENG1 BLEED, ENG 2 BLEED AND APU. NO CHEMCIAL SMELL FROM NIEHTER. HAD 4 JB CREW MEMBERS VERIFY NO SMELL COMING FROM  CABIN NOR FROM ENG WITH BLEED, AC OK FOR CONT SVC NO DEFECTS NOTED THIS TIME .
